Does electronic music like trance or house go great with hockey or is it just me?

Plus, does anyone keep up with what kinda music nhl players listen to and if so do any of them listen to electronic music?

1. it truly goes well with just about everything. examples, cutting the grass, changing diapers, kicking the cat. i know brad stuart of the wings loves pearl jam.
2. Makes sense doesn't it? Techno is upbeat and fast, just like the game itself; fast and furious, what better music to get the fans and players pumped up? LET'S GO RED WINGS!!!!

4. I'm not a fan of fully computerized, electronic music, so I really can't say that it'll go well with hockey. Give me the bricks and mortars of a drum kit with plugged in electric guitars and bass any day of the week.
5. It's just you... and all the other people that may like that music. Perhaps thats why Nashville plays country before and in the intermission of their games. That makes no sense to me too.
